If you are in the mood for a treat make a stop at Enzo’s Ice Cream Trailer for a sweet fix. This operation is family-run and the business is named after the couple’s son, Enzo.
The ice cream and sorbet are both locally sourced from Maui’s Roselani Tropics and Waimea’s Tropical Dreams. The smoothies are made with real fruit and they offer both dairy and non-dairy options. The banana split is a must try and they even have cookies. The trailer is run off of 100% solar power and your treats are served in biodegradable and compostable containers. There is no better way to cool off than with a little ice cream.
