Find a little bit of Italy in the Hawaiian Islands with Paolo’s Bistro. There is a cozy, at-home feeling when you walk in the door. Chef Paolo has a flair for combining Hawaiian ingredients into Italian dishes. The menu changes daily depending on what is available in the local market.
The waiter recites the menu from memory but does not automatically include the price, so don’t be afraid to ask if you have any pricing questions. The pasta is all handmade, including the unique black pasta made using squid ink. The Lamb Osso Bucco and its wonderful classic sauce should not be missed. There are also handmade desserts to finish off your meal. Paolo’s does not serve alcohol but you can bring your own wine, there is a corking fee.
