We love this fun and quirky eatery, with their great selection of burgers, sandwiches and salads. They are a local favorite with great fresh made sauces and island grown ingredients.
Rebel Kitchen delivers flavors from around the world with the food they create. Inspired by the tastes of Cajun, Jamaican, Cuban, Peruvian, and Thai cooking to name a few, Rebel Kitchen’s chefs use local produce, meats, and breads to bring you the freshest food available.
Start your meal with an order of chicken fajita wontons or try a cup of homemade soup. Order one of the specialty dishes like jambalaya or coconut curry Ono and shrimp. They have fresh creative salads, sandwiches, and burgers on the menu. Their classic Rebel burger is delicious with bacon, swiss and a spicy pineapple slaw, topped off with all the fixings. Make sure to upgrade to the pepperoni garlic fries for a little extra indulgence!
Some other favorites are the Thai steak or seared ahi salads, jerk chicken, and the cheese steak sandwich. For dessert, check out their homemade baked goods, yummy cookies, cupcakes and cheesecake await . They have a nice selection of local Hawaiian beers on-tap as well as Big Island Kombucha.
Once you have placed your order at the counter there’s indoor and outdoor seating to choose from. There are no restrooms on site but there is a shared public restroom close by. Rebel Kitchen also makes their signature Kona Ketchup and Hawaiian Fire Sauce available to the public to purchase and take home.
