Located in the old Holualoa Gallery building, Barbara Hanson Art Gallery and Studio features her creations in Polymer Clay art. Barbara Hanson is a self-taught artist and creates jewelry, sculpture, wall hangings, key-chains, wine corks, bottle openers, salad tongs, and ornaments.
In 1985 she started the adventure as a self-taught polymer clay artist. From the beginning, she has shared her skill and talent around the Big Island. And now with her gallery in historic Holualoa, she enjoys the opportunity to share her skill with locals and worldwide visitors looking for that unique and hand-crafted piece of art to buy or even make under Barbara’s tutelage.
