The staff is passionate about their work – they make all of their treats from scratch, capitalizing on the tropical flavors of the island – mango, passionfruit, macadamia nut, and many more. You’ll also find the classics here, from chocolate to coffee and cookies and cream to fruit sherbet. Everything tastes sublime, so you’ll want to stop several times to try more flavors during your Big Island stay.
