Hawaii Fishing License Requirements
If you are taking a recreational fishing charter in Hawaii, non-residents aged 15 and older are required to purchase a Nonresident Recreational Marine Fishing License (NRMFL). This applies even if the charter boat has a commercial license; the individual passenger license is not covered by the boat’s permit. Apply for your Fishing License Here
