Kolea at Waikoloa is an exclusive gated community, offering villa and home rentals. It is in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on a pristine beach just 25 minutes away from the Kona International airport. The community offers two and 3-bedroom villas and vacation homes with as many as six bedrooms. There is one six-bedroom home, three five-bedroom homes, and a 4-bedroom home. Also, there is a total of 76 three-bedroom villas and 50 two-bedroom villas available for rental.
