Opening over 20 years ago, the restaurant is known in town for it’s farm to table dishes created by the talented and famed chef, Peter Merriman. Merriman’s is also highly focused on helping others, their mission statement is geared towards giving back to the community, and the owner and executive chef, Peter Merriman, believes in always doing the right thing, no matter what.
