Located at the beautiful Fairmont Orchid Resort, the Hawaiʻiloa Luau is a fun and exciting luau full of great entertainment that has a wonderful story with a fantastic buffet-style feast!
Created by an award-winning chef, the buffet-style feast includes a poke station complete with cold dishes including lomi lomi salmon, bean sprout salad, and spicy shellfish, a hot food station serving delicious foods including teriyaki BBQ chicken, lau lau and poi, and ginger butter breadfruit, a carving station serving beef ginger soy glaze and sugar cane skewered shrimp yakitori, a kids menu which includes macaroni and cheese, stir fry vegetables, taro rolls, and more, and a dessert station that includes a delectable dark chocolate lava cake with raspberry sauce, coconut cream tapioca, and sweet molokai banana bread.
Proudly presented by Hawaii Breeze Productions, this Luau does not disappoint, and is enjoyed by locals and visitors alike. With wonderful dance choreography along with traditional Polynesian themes, the Hawaiʻiloa Luau is an outdoor treat complete with fire dancers, enchanting hula dancers, incredible food, and more!
